Throughout its history, Robert Half International has hosted forums for senior-level financial executives to participate in structured discussions with their peers about common business challenges and opportunities. Building on the success of these past events, Robert Half formed the Financial Leadership Council to bring together an expanded group of distinguished leaders in the fields of accounting, finance and auditing.
Council members discussed current and impending talent shortages, changing workforce demographics, preparing the next generation of professionals, increasing globalization and corporate governance reforms. They also outlined ways in which organizations and practitioners can better prepare and respond to these and other demographic and economic trends.
